We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the service
- Send you funding alert digest emails you have subscribed to
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Email communications
When you create a funding alert, you consent to receiving email digests for that alert. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also manage your preferences in your account settings. We do not sell your email address to third parties.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and Supabase infrastructure. Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices. Your data is stored in the United States.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our platform. This may involve the use of cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@thewatchlist.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data according to their own privacy policies: Google Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, Supabase, and SMTP email delivery via Gmail.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
